Cheryl L. Morgan
Family Nurse Practitioner
Cheryl Morgan, FNP, ARNP is the founder and clinical director of The Cetner for Intentional Health and its' subsidiaries. Her clinical experience of over 30 years ranges from family practice to emergency medicine, immunology, neuroscience and rehabilitation medicine. Following her nursing training, she obtained her first Masters' degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology. Cheryl attended Georgetown University for a Masters of Science in Nursing, and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at Purdue University.
Her interest in systems integration led to deep scholarship in neurological influences across the healthspan. She completed Fellowship programs for Functional Neuroscience through Duke University and AARM and is certified as an Amen Elite Brain Health Clinician. Additional education & certifications include Functional Medicine (IFM) , Clinical Nutrition, Oncology Recovery, Dermatological Aesthetics, Wound Care, Edema/Lymphedema Management, & Advanced Clinical Peptides. Integrative therapies certifications include, Manual Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, HeartMath, Neurofeedback, & IV Nutrient Therapy.


Lindsay D'Agostino
Wellness Counselor
Lindsay provides excellent support to both our clients and our team on their health journeys. She has a Master's degree in Social Work and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also has training in Neurofeedback, HeartMath, and EMDR to help our clients with their mental and emotional processes.
Lindsay helps coordinate seminars and group discussions for our community education program, "Positive Encounters." She is dedicated to her work, actively building a directory of resources to help clients with needs outside the clinic. She also manages our Speaker's Bureau and a wellness library where clients can check out books to assist with their progress.

Kelsey Hentzen
Emotion Code Therapy
Kelsey is a highly skilled Emotion Code Practitioner. Using the Emotion Code technique, she helps release trapped emotional energy that can affect a person's physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Kelsey is passionate about helping people heal from past and generational trauma. Her tools and guidance are beneficial for anyone looking to recover from illness or emotional wounds.
She believes in and practices a holistic approach to health, focusing on a balance of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Risé Deutsch, CNA, CGCP
Client Representative
Risé has joined our team to support clients at the clinic and on our Home Companion Care team, Intentional Care. With many years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to providing high-quality service.
Her passion for learning has led her to take charge of our clinic’s library and client information, keeping everything organized and accessible. Risé's commitment to our Companion Care clients is an inspiration to her team.

Amna has a successful background in customer service, with experience in finance, retail, and healthcare. She is dedicated to supporting clients as they commit to their health using a combination of therapies for the body and mind. Clients appreciate her energy and her commitment to providing resources and encouragement throughout their health journey.
Amna is certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is currently completing training in Neurofeedback, HeartMath, Guided Imagery.
Currently on an extended sabbatical, we look forward to her return soon.
